You’re the creative heart of coi, ensuring every Shopify store we build is beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly. As our Web Designer, you will own the design process for our clients, guaranteeing that each project meets the highest standards of visual polish and functionality. This is a hands-on, creative role – one moment you might be leading a client workshop to define a brand's vision, and the next you’re deep in Figma crafting a pixel-perfect user interface.

In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll translate client needs into stunning web and graphic designs. You’re not just executing tasks; you’re a design advisor, setting the bar for visual quality. By working closely with developers and project managers, you’ll bring brand stories to life and champion a culture where world-class design is at the core of everything we do.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Concept & Visual Design: Translate client needs and brand visions into stunning and effective web designs, from initial concepts to final, polished assets using Figma and Photoshop.

Client Collaboration & Presentation: Act as the design expert in client meetings, present your work, and use your expertise to advise clients on the best visual solutions for their business goals.

Developer & Team Collaboration: Work closely with our developers and project managers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and implemented to the highest standard.

Design Ownership & Quality: Take full ownership of the design quality for your projects, ensuring that the final product is pixel-perfect and aligns with the project's strategic objectives.

What You Bring (Requirements & Qualities)

Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in graphic or web design, or an exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills.

Technical Skills: You are highly proficient with modern design tools, with strong, hands-on experience in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).

Client-Facing Confidence: You are a confident communicator who is comfortable presenting your work and acting as a design advisor to clients.

Initiative & Ownership: You are self-driven and thrive with autonomy. When you see an opportunity to make a design better, you take the initiative to drive it forward without waiting for direction.

Collaborative Mindset: You are unpretentious and enjoy working in a tight-knit team, understanding that the best results come from close collaboration between design and development.

A Great Eye for Detail: You have a passion for quality and care deeply about delivering polished, beautiful, and user-friendly products.
