We’re looking for a bold, results-driven Head of Strategic Sales to lead our commercial efforts, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll own our sales strategy, close high-value deals, and expand our presence in key industries.
As the bridge between business challenges and AI solutions, you’ll translate complex business problems into AI-powered opportunities. Working closely with our ML experts, you’ll position our solutions effectively and engage with clients across industries, regardless of their technical background. In larger, high-impact projects, you may also take on a program leadership role, ensuring seamless execution and long-term expansion opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute a high-impact sales strategy to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative approach.
Drive and lead commercial efforts while sometimes taking on a program leadership role in key projects, ensuring smooth execution and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
Identify and target key industries where our AI solutions offer the strongest competitive advantage.
Collaborate with our technical team to align AI solutions with real business needs.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and expansion.
Oversee project staffing and utilization, ensuring profitability and high-quality delivery.
Develop scalable sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
Represent Modulai at industry events, strengthening our brand and positioning.

Who You Are
You’re a strategic deal-maker with a passion for technology and a track record of driving revenue in B2B sales. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can own the sales process from strategy to execution.
Proven track record in B2B sales within consulting – preferably within AI, SaaS, or other tech-driven services.
Experienced in complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Business-minded & tech-savvy – You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can confidently sell AI solutions.
Relationship-driven – You build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
Strategic & hands-on – Comfortable balancing high-level sales strategy with execution.
Self-motivated & adaptable – You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership.
Strong communicator – Able to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike.
Established network – You have strong industry connections and leverage them effectively.

This role reports directly to the CEO, working closely with the leadership team to shape Modulai’s sales strategy.
